Sheff-AV Plus ACF
Sheff-AV Plus ACF is an animal-component-free supplement designed specifically for low-serum and serum free cultivation of adherent avian cell lines including CEF. The supplement contains additional growth factors that provide robust cell growth, as well as high cell viability, and is designed for use at 2 g/l in DMEM alone or supplemented with 1- to 3-% bovine serum.
