HyPep YE Plus
HyPep™ YE Plus is a fortified yeast autolysate which out-performs currently available yeast supplements for cell culture applications. At 5 g/l, HyPep YE Plus has proven to double maximum cell densities in multiple commercial media formulations as compared with un-supplemented culture. In these same media, a two- to three-fold increase in protein yields has been achieved. These results were obtained in CHO cell culture, however HyPep YE Plus is suitable for use in a variety of cell lines, although the appropriate dosage must be adjusted for individual cell culture systems.
