N-Z-Case™ Plus
N-Z-Case™ Plus is a highly soluble source of peptides and amino acids, produced by enzymatic digestion of casein. It is a refined hydrolysate with very high solubility and clarity in solution. It can both be filter sterilized and heat sterilized.
N-Z-Case™ Plus gives luxuriant growth of a wide range of microorganisms. Amongst others it has been used in growth media for veterinary and human vaccine production.
