Hy-Soy™
is a highly soluble, multi-purpose, enzymatic hydrolysate of soy meal that supports the growth of a large range of microorganisms. It is a cost effective peptone for use in many fermentation media. It has a.o. successfully been used for pharmaceutical bio-actives and vaccines production with E.coli and Yeast based systems. Hy-Soy™ can be sterilized both by filtration and autoclaving. Hy-Soy™ has also been successfully applied in cell culture applications.
A technical grade version of this product is available as well (Hy-Soy™ T) for applications that need neither good solubility nor a good filterability or need a certain level of insoluble material for a good performance.
