RS-Vax
Sheffield RS-Vax™, an animal-free supplement for use with both anchorage dependent and suspension vaccine cell lines, was developed for use in complete basal media and/or production media. Significant yield enhancements have been realized with RS-Vax™, which is composed of small molecules that direct cellular pathways, and does not provide basic nutritional factors, such as insulin, cytokines, amino acids, and glutamine.
Sheffield RS-Vax™ is recommended for use as a cell culture supplement for cells commonly used for production of viral vaccines.
