RS-CHO™
Sheffield RS-CHO™, an animal-free supplement for use with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, was developed for use in complete media with or without nutritive feeds. Significant yield enhancements have been realized with RS-CHO in non-fed cultures as well as in cultures supplemented with rich feeds. RS-CHO is composed of small molecules that direct cellular pathways, and does not provide basic nutritional factors, such as insulin, cytokines, amino acids, and glutamine.
